Certain items are shipped direct from the manufacturer and cannot be tracked
using this method. Only products shipped from our facility via UPS can be tracked here. Also, if you requested USPS shipping, then your order cannot be tracked here. Please note that normal order production time for most items is 7-14 days, check your individual items product policy for production times. Please don't slow up the system by emailing us to ask if your order was shipped 2 days after you placed the order. Orders placed during high volume periods such as holiday time may take up to 4 weeks to ship. Pencils may take up to 8 weeks.
