POLICIES Typewriter Keys are designed to be worn and enjoyed Being over 60 years old, the Keys will have uneven wear from one to the next. Also, there are over 7 different major brands of typewriters that we source from, so the keys will vary by font and/or manufacturer construction style. These were found on old brands like Royal, Underwood and LC Smith & Corona. This vintage jewelry should not be exposed to water Turn-Around Time: Individual letter typewriter keys normally ship in approximately 2-4 weeks except during heavy volume seasons, Holidays, Administration/Teacher Appreciation, Back To School, etc when shipping time is extended. Cuff Links & Bracelets Normally ship within 4-6 weeks. Please place your orders early enough to receive in time for your intended receipt date. Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. Please double check the shopping cart for accuracy before submitting order. Personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded. However, Typewriter Charms can be exchanged when authorized by our office. Return and re-order Freight Charges are at the expense of the customer. Returns must be shipped back within 48 hours of receipt in original packaging unused and in perfect condition.
