Turn-Around Time: Normally production time is 5-10 working days and may ship direct from mfg. During holiday or heavy volume seasons productions times may be extended. We are not responsible for delays at the manufacturing plant. Please place holiday or occasion dated orders early. If you need this item by a special date, you must let us know! Once your order is placed it is immediately put into processing with the mfg. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Please ensure accuracy before finalizing your purchase.

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier.
