POLICIES Pillowcases are Designed to be Slept on and Washed These sweet, cheerful designs are made using nontoxic, lead-free fabric dyes. They are machine-washable and dryable on a cool setting, and soft to sleep on. Pillowcases are white, and made from 180 thread count, white 50/50 polycotton, which helps reduce wrinkles. Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 5-7 days direct from mfg except during peek season (may-nov) Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our fault) incomplete information, or for wrong sizes purchased. Personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded. Notes: Please wait 72 hours for the personalization paint to cure before washing. ALWAYS wash the pillowcase inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle, and NEVER use bleach or liquid fabric softeners, as these products will eventually break down the paint.
