Hand Wash separately in Cold Water! The better the graphic you send, the better the imprint. Text can be added to your imprint at no extra charge. Do not use Bleach or Fabric Softener

Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 5-7 days.  During heavy volume seasons, Holidays, Back To School, etc, this processing time may be extended.  I f you need your bag by a special date please be sure to let us know

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased.
