These personalized items are made using a sublimation or heat transfer print process with your photo/logo artwork. The better the graphic you send, the better the imprint.

Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 5-7 working days.  During heavy volume seasons, Holidays, Back To School, etc. this production time may be extended.

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased.
