Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 4-6 weeks direct from mfg via USPS regardless of your freight choice in the shopping cart. During peek season (May - Aug Oct-Nov) production and delivery times may be extended. Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier.
